This is my first EP under the Nailbiter pseudonym. Diverging from the aggressive blackgaze sound of the LP, I tried to focus on melody and sensation in the way that I have been touched by so many shoegaze records. Super melodic (for me) and hopefully emotive, it's soft in places and loud in others. Making and producing entirely my own music is the lemonade I made with the lemons of the past couple years and y'know what, it's pretty sweet.

Please feel free to use a download code! It means so much to me that you would download this and keep it on whatever devices, or burn it onto a cd or cassette tape for a loved one, or go back and listen to it when you're in a certain frame of mind. I long to be remembered when I die, and I hope that people listen to my music and think of me when I'm gone. That's all I really want. In the meantime, of course, while I'm still here, I love to hear what people think. It's affirming and, for a guy with such little self-esteem, that goes a long way. I love the support people show when I pour my heart and soul into something and I think I've poured it all into Nailbiter this year. I couldn't have loved anything more than making this record and, while 20/21 were full of little personal goals and experiments, Nailbiter is the one band I know I will continue and am currently trying to put together a live show for. Thanks for reading my word vomit if you got this far, I just have a lot of feelings.
